Mark R. Goldston serves as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Classmates Media Corporation. Mr. Goldston has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of United Online, Inc. since 2001, and as President of United Online prior to May 2006 and since June 2007. Previously, Mr. Goldston served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of NetZero, Inc. Prior to joining NetZero, Mr. Goldston served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Goldston Group, a strategic advisory firm. Previously, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Einstein/Noah Bagel Corp. Mr. Goldston also served as President and Chief Operating Officer of L.A. Gear and as a principal of Odyssey Partners, L.P., a private equity firm. Before joining Odyssey Partners, Mr. Goldston held various executive positions including Chief Marketing Officer of Reebok, President of Faberge USA, Inc. and Vice President of Marketing Worldwide for fragrance and skincare at Revlon, Inc. Mr. Goldston is the author of a business book entitled, The Turnaround Prescription, which was published in 1992 and is the named inventor on 13 separate U.S. patents on products such as inflatable pump athletic shoes, lighted footwear and a method for delivering electronic content over the Internet. Mr. Goldston received his B.S.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from Ohio State University and his M.B.A. (M.M.) from the J.L. Kellogg School at Northwestern University. He serves on the Dean's Advisory Board of the J.L. Kellogg School at Northwestern University and the Dean's Advisory Board of the Ohio State University Fisher School of Business.

Frederic A. Randall, Jr. serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Classmates Media Corporation. Mr. Randall has served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of United Online, Inc. since September 2001. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of NetZero, Inc. Earlier in his career, Mr. Randall was a partner at the law firm Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP. Mr. Randall received his Bachelor's degree in English Literature with distinction from the University of Michigan and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of San Francisco School of Law.

STEVEN B. McARTHUR
President, Classmates Online
Steven B. McArthur serves as President of Classmates Online, Inc., the operator of the leading online social network Classmates.com. Previously, Mr. McArthur held a number of executive officer positions at Expedia Online, Inc., including serving as President of Expedia Inc.'s North American Travel Group. Earlier, Mr. McArthur served in several high-level roles at AOL including Executive Vice President and President and Chief Executive Officer of AOL Canada. He began his career as a strategy consultant with Bain & Company, where he was one of the founders of Bain's Toronto office. Mr. McArthur earned his M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and his Bachelor's degree from Queen's University, Belfast.

John H. Fullmer serves as Co-President of MyPoints.com, Inc. and has also served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of MyPoints. Previously, Mr. Fullmer served as Chief Executive Officer of King Ventures. Earlier in his career, Mr. Fullmer spent 20 years at Cendant Corporation, where he was Co-Chief Executive Officer of Cendant's Alliance Marketing Division and Chief Marketing Officer Worldwide.

Layton S. Han co-founded MyPoints.com, Inc. in 1996 and currently serves as Co-President of MyPoints. During his tenure at MyPoints, Mr. Han has also served as President, Senior Vice President, Business and Corporate Development, and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Mr. Han served as President of LSC, Inc. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and his M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
